What tickets do I need to buy?

Not sure which Wychwood tickets you need? Here’s a simple guide to help you choose the right tickets for you and your group.

Wychwood Festival takes place at Cheltenham Racecourse from . We use a tiered ticket system – meaning the earlier you buy, the better the price – but the ticket types below stay the same.

Quick Overview

  • Want the full weekend and to camp? Choose a Weekend with Camping ticket for everyone in your group.
  • Staying off-site (home, hotel, friends, etc.)? Choose Weekend no Camping tickets.
  • Just coming for one day? Choose a Day Ticket for Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
  • Adding extras like Campervan, Park & Pitch, Boutique Camping, Parking and VIP? Buy these in addition to your individual festival tickets.

Weekend with Camping

Choose Weekend with Camping tickets if you want the full Wychwood experience and to stay on one of our campsites for the whole weekend.

You should choose Weekend with Camping if:

  • You want to camp in our General or Family camping area.
  • You're booking Campervan, Campervan Saver, Park & Pitch or Boutique Camping accommodation.

Your Weekend with Camping ticket gives you access to the festival and to the campsites for the duration of the weekend.

Weekend no Camping

Choose Weekend no Camping tickets if you're coming for all three days but not staying on our campsites.

You should choose Weekend no Camping if:

  • You're staying in a hotel, B&B, at home or with friends.
  • You don't need access to the festival campsites.

Important: Weekend no Camping tickets do not give access to the campsites. If you later decide to camp or stay in a campervan, you'll need to upgrade to Weekend with Camping (subject to availability).

Day Tickets (Friday, Saturday Or Sunday)

Choose a Day Ticket if you’re joining us only for one day.

You should choose a Day Ticket if:

  • You can come only for a particular day.
  • You’re not staying overnight on our campsites.

Day Tickets allow access to the festival village and arena for your chosen day until close.

Camping Upgrades and Accommodation

Campervan, Park & Pitch, Boutique Camping, and Pitch Village.

If you’d like a specific style of camping or accommodation, you can add one of our paid upgrades. These are booked in addition to your festival tickets.

Campervan and Campervan Saver
  1. Buy a Weekend with Camping ticket for every person staying in the campervan.
  2. Add a Campervan or Campervan Saver pass.

Important: A campervan pass is for the vehicle/pitch only. Everyone staying in the campervan must hold a Weekend with Camping ticket.

Park & Pitch
  1. Buy a Weekend with Camping ticket for everyone in the group.
  2. Add a Park & Pitch pass so you may camp right next to your car.

Park & Pitch is in its own area and is around a 20-minute walk to the Main Arena.

Boutique Camping
  1. Buy a Weekend with Camping ticket for everyone in the group.
  2. Book your Boutique Camping structure.

Boutique Camping is for accommodation only – it does not include festival entry.

Prestbury Club VIP

Upgrade your experience with Prestbury Club VIP, giving you access to:

  • An exclusive bar
  • Relaxed seating areas
  • Spacious viewing areas with sightlines to the Main Stage
  • Luxury toilets

How VIP works:

  • Choose the VIP version of your ticket, e.g. VIP Weekend with Camping, VIP Day Ticket. Or, add a Prestbury Club VIP upgrade where available.
  • Each person needs their own VIP ticket or upgrade.

VIP gives additional access on top of whichever ticket type you’ve purchased.

Under 10s and Age Bands

Wychwood is very family-friendly.

  • Under 10s go free but still need a ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Ages 10-15 have their own reduced-price tickets.
  • Adults require full price tickets.

Always choose the age band for the age the child will be on the first day of the festival.

Parking

If you’re driving to Wychwood, you’ll need a Parking pass.

  • Weekend with Camping or Weekend no Camping: choose a Weekend Parking option.
  • Day Ticket: buy a Day Parking pass for the day you attend.
  • Some camping upgrades, e.g. Park & Pitch, Campervan, include parking; others require a separate pass.

Parking can usually be added during booking or later, via your Kaboodle confirmation link (subject to availability).

Paying In Instalments and Ticket For Life

There are options avaialble to spread the cost:

  • Payment Plan – available at checkout, allowing you to split your ticket cost into monthly instalments.
  • Ticket For Life – a subscription-style scheme letting you secure a ticket each year as long as payments are maintained.
