Jack Heal is a “sometime comedian” (The Scotsman) and also a sometime scientist. But let’s talk comedy. Jack has been sporadically performing comedy for five years. He tells sinister stories laden with jokes, mathematics and death. In 2008, he helped to write and perform the sketch show An Evening Without Dignity which enjoyed a full run at the Edinburgh Fringe. In the same summer he won the Chortle Student Comedy Award. In 2012 he performed two shows as part of PBH’s Free Fringe. They were called Jack and Nikki: Killing Machines and Jack Heal’s Murderthon.
“Gags constructed as intricately and rigorously as any complex equation, but a hell of a lot funnier. Every one is a winner, drawing huge, well-deserved laughs”
