Michael Wynne

Mickey Wynne was born in Liverpool, England and was taught guitar by his daddy at the age of six. By sixteen he was accomplished enough with this instrument to be teaching Julian Lennon guitar. Already accustomed to long music listening sessions-both rock, folk and classical with his grandfather and uncles, Mickey started writing music at age nine, a talent that led to him, inter alia, becoming house writer for New York's MCA Records. Mickey’s writing projects have taken him to all five continents.

At home in Brighton he runs a small music production company, Harmonia Productions, recording singer-songwriters to help them to the next level of their careers. At 15 Mickey cut his teeth with his first band—Captain Zombie and The X-Ray Plates. He’s now trailblazing the live circuit again with new band The Mickey Wynne Band. A debut album is pencilled in for recording early Autumn.
