UK singer-songwriter Demi Marriner released her debut EP Tracks and Trails in April, and within 48 hours of release, the EP went to #1 on the UK iTunes Country Album Chart. Since then, Demi has attracted attention on social media from country blogs far and wide (including a feature in Maverick Magazine), and has recorded a radio session with BBC Gloucestershire, featured on BBC WM with Adrian Goldberg, recorded a BBC Introducing session and had frequent airplay. In addition to this, she recently recorded a session with Baylen Leonard (DJ at BBC Radio 2 and BBC London).

Demi has also had the opportunity to perform at a number of festivals this year including Wychwood Festival (on the Main Stage), 2000 Trees Festival (at the Forest Sessions) and Cheltenham Jazz Festival. She also was invited to perform at Blackthorn Festival where she caught the eye of the w21Music team, who subsequently invited her to be a part of their monthly songwriters evening in Manchester.
