Kanda Bongo Man is a Congolese soukous musician from Democratic Republic of the Congo, and will be bringing his revolutionairy sound to our main stage on Saturday.

He revolutionized soukous by encouraging guitar solos, and this gave birth to the Kwassa Kwassa dance rhythm where the hips move back and forth while the hands move to follow the hips. He is best known for his hits Monie, Lela-Lela and Isambe, and we hope to see you all doing your best Kwassa Kwassa dancing!
