In 2014, he was a finalist in Foster's South Coast Comedian of the Year and has performed across the UK on pro-bills alongside the great and the good, from festivals to corporate functions, to theatres and little pubs and pretty much anywhere that'll let him say things on a microphone.

In Feb 2015, he crossed the Atlantic and performed in the USA, in New York and Baltimore. Where a New Yorker said he was Pretty darn funny for a limey. Richard smiled awkwardly then left.
