Four-piece Talk in Code have developed from Americana-type acoustic foundations to their current sleek synth-led indie sound, with each band member bringing their own influences to the music. The band name is derived from the idea that everyone relates to songs differently, interpreting according to how they read them. The band’s debut album attracted plenty of attention, being featured as Q Music’s Track of the Day. They've had air time on BBC Introducing and BBC Radio Wiltshire and their second album has just been released.

On the live circuit Talk in Code have played alongside acts such as Catfish & The Bottlemen, Jesus Jones, My Life Story, Embrace and Toploader through to 80’s sensations Marc Almond, Howard Jones and Go West!
