Workshops 2015: Seaside
Experience the magic of the seaside but at Wychwood Festival! These workshops give you the chance to embark on a wonderful seaside adventure in which you will discover a variety of fun and enchanting collections of magic, puppets, bubbles, poetry, music and of course the Punch and Judy Show. Tailor-made activities to suit children of all ages and keeping the adults entertained too!
Magic Show

Family magic show with lots of audience participation.
Puppet Show

Colin Dymond Comedy Ventriloquist with lots of characters including Snot the Dragon and one lucky audience member will get to be a human puppet.
Pizzas of Ate

In the Pizzas of Ate' puppet show Captain Collywobbles sets sail with his crew on board HMS Kipper for a voyage that will take them around the world in search of the perfect topping for their homemade pizza.
Punch and Judy

Professor Collywobbles presents his traditional and time honoured Punch & Judy show, with lashings of sausages, slapstick, crocodiles, laughter and good old fashioned family fun!
Giant Bubble Show

Samsam Bubbleman returns to help you find your own inner bubble! “It's amazing how much can be done with the humble soap bubble - most people think there's only 2 things you can do with a bubble - you can make them or you can break them! My job as a bubbleologist is to show you what else can be achieved - square bubbles, vortex bubbles, smoke bubbles, and so much more!” Come along for your chance to go INSIDE a giant bubble!
Glamba Samba Show

A fun percussion show for all the family with plenty of laughs & audience participation along the way. A unique fusion of Brazilian, African and Western beats - played on everything from drum kits to dustbins, through to congas and traditional World instruments.
Natural Causes – Live and Interactive

It's all about songs—instant songs, animal songs, geological songs, clap-along songs, laugh-along songs, join-in along songs… guitar, accordion, trumpet, french horn, drums, clarinet and more.
Poetry
Bringing together the best of this year’s workshop leaders this show is a chance to see them performing in an eclectic showcase mixing dance, music and some laughs along the way.
Dragons Tale
A Story based on the legend of the Lambton Worm told through puppetry music changing scenery and sound effects.
