From our first Wychwood in 2005 as volunteer stewards, we were hooked on this wonderful, friendly, mad, family atmosphere. We've worked with some amazing organisers, volunteers, artistes, attendees, and stallholders, and have had a blast over the years!

When we decided, after 10 years together, to finally tie the knot, we knew there was only one place special enough to us to do this – Wychwood Festival. We approached the lovely Graham to seek permission to erect a small marquee in the camping field for our wedding reception, and not only did he grant us permission, but he also offered us discounted entry tickets for our friends and family!

So on 09 June 2012, we did the official ceremony at Cheltenham Registery Office, then made our way to our marquee in all our wedding finery, first taking a leisurely stroll around the Festival site, before tucking into wedding cake.

So thank you Wychwood Festival for 20 years of love and memories, and here's to the next 20 years!

We have been lucky enough to come to Wychwood for many years allowing us to link this festival with special birthdays. One of which in 2023 when 2 of our party (Sarah & Julia) were turning 50 AND they were chosen to sing with Barry at Barrioke! We were over the moon and it's a memory they/we will never forget!

Have loved coming to wychwood since my son was a toddler. Have brought friends and family with us over the last few years and they have returned. Such a great festival for adults and families.

2025, the first festival our daughter has been to, right before her third birthday. This is where she discovered her love for Scouting For Girls, camping, face paint and dancing to live music and djs!

I was lucky enough to win tickets to Wychwood back in 2014. My son was two and my daughter was four. I was nervous about taking two young children to a festival but they had a blast. We've been back every year since (apart from the Covid years). So many happy memories with the family. Its the highlight of our year.

My 17yr old sons 1st Wychwood 2024. Sam & I had such a silly, brilliant, mad experience it really opened my eyes to what a lovely young caring gentleman he is turning out to be. I think we were both surprised by how well we got on and are so much alike. A weekend to cherish ❤️❤️

Meeting Justin Fletcher, AKA Mr Tumble in 2016. My niece and nephew arrived on site too late to see him on stage so I asked the Festival Organiser if we could meet him back stage to which they kindly said yes. The experience for my daughter, niece and nephew was worth so many more memories than just being in the audience. It was a great story for their friends and he was such a lovely guy. This was only our second time at the Festival and we have now been every year it's been on since.

2024. I remember thinking “this place is just amazing”. It was my first Wychwood Festival so the awesome sunsets, that always feature, were new to me. I asked my wife to hold up her pint for a photo that summed up my mood. VERY HAPPY!!!!!

I got to watch my boyfriend and best friends play in their band Truck to a tent full of happy festival goers and it was such a proud moment! We hope we get to do it again next year as boy do they deserve it as a local Cheltenham band who put in so much work to play whenever and wherever they can. We had such an amazing day supporting them and watching as they took photos with new fans and got the fair few compliments around the festival village! We loved wychwood and we can’t wait to be back next time… Sincerely a very proud girlfriend x

So many special memories here! Best days spent with friends and family. My best friend Laura used to sell her baby boutique clothes at Wychwood 'Rock and Rose' here at her stall. Unfortunately she is no longer here but I have very special memories of Whychwood with her and partying when the stall closed. We enjoyed all different music and silent disco. My favourite band we danced to was Thrill Collins. Well they still are to be honest. Our memories live on Looby Loo ❤️
