Wychwood Ticket For Life Terms and Conditions
Wychwood's Ticket for Life scheme is intended to help customers budget for their Wychwood Festival tickets, by paying a regular sum, each month.

- When signing up for the Ticket for Life scheme, a customer's selected ticket types are recorded as the customer's Booking.
- Whilst the customer remains on the Ticket for Life scheme, and maintains regular payments by standing order, for at least 3 years, and the customer's Booking does not change, the ticket type price is guaranteed to remain the same for 3 years, starting from the date the Ticket for Life sign-up is completed.
- On signing up for the Ticket for Life scheme, a customer is required to pay a deposit of 25% of the Booking value for the first year, and nothing more for 3 months from the start date of the customer's sign-up. Thereafter, beginning on the fourth month, the customer is required to make regular monthly payments, by standing order.
- The Ticket for Life Booking total is guaranteed for 3 years, starting from the date of the sign-up. At the Booking 3 year anniversary, Wychwood Festival reserve the right to increase the Booking price. In the event of a price increase, Wychwood Festival will contact the customer to inform of the price increase.
- The Ticket for Life customer's ticket types for the Festival will be issued to the customer, once the final payment, for the year of the Festival, has been received.
- Festival tickets will be issued to the Ticket for Life customer, electronically, to the email address provided by the customer at sign-up, within the 2 weeks leading up to the Festival's first day.
- The customer may cancel Ticket for Life payments at any time. Payments accrued cannot be refunded, but may be used towards a purchase of future Festival tickets.
- If the customer wishes to leave the Ticket for Life scheme, please inform the Festival as soon as possible. Please note: Wychwood Festival cannot stop the customer's payments directly, the customer must stop the payments by contacting their bank.
- The Ticket for Life customer needs to inform the Festival of any changes required to the ticket types in the customer's Booking. For example: a child's ticket type, in the Booking, is no longer applicable, in relation to the child's current age.
- Changes to a customer's Booking must be made more than one month, in the same year, before the first day of the Festival.
- Changes to the customer's Booking made within the month, before the first day of the Festival will be charged at the same price as general sale Festival tickets.
- Changes requested to a customer's Booking cannot be guaranteed and are dependent on the current availability of Wychwood Festival tickets.
- Any unused tickets from the customer's Booking will be non-refundable and cannot be rolled over to a future Festival.
- Wychwood Festival is unable to offer free parking to Ticket for Life customers. Car Park passes can be purchased, separately.
